Zinc output in the first half of the year was 550,100 tons, an increase of 3% year-on-year. This reflects the higher zinc grades in Canadian mines and various temporary shutdowns in Antamina and other South American mines due to Covid-19. From a fundamental point of view, the current overseas mines maintain the pace of resumption of production, and the domestic zinc mine supply has steadily rebounded. In August, the average domestic mineral processing fee rose by 250 yuan/ton, and the profitability of the refinery was considerable. However, there were still silver nonferrous metals, Yuguang, and Zijin in August. , Hunan Huayuan area and other maintenance, it is expected that the growth of refined zinc supply will be limited.
